2. WORK SCOPE & SERVICES SPECIFICATION

Pratik Das offers bespoke computer programming services, native Kotlin/Java Android builds, HTML5/Tailwind layout design, Node.js system orchestrations, and integration of WhatsApp API pipelines.

  • Inquiry Packages: Communication through our interactive form does not form a binding execution contract. Form submissions generate custom encrypted text blocks sent directly to WhatsApp to build communication bridges.
  • Quotations & Estimates: Project requirements, milestone parameters, and fees list will be documented in a mutual statement of work before developer operations begin.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise documented in a signed agreement, all source codes, system layouts, animations, visual portfolio items, 3D particle systems, graphics databases, and text materials compiled on this portal remain the exclusive property of Pratik Das, protected by international copyright laws.

You are granted a transient, non-exclusive, revocable license to preview the contents of this website. You are strictly forbidden from mirroring, stripping, republishing, or mass-copying components, portfolio case images, or code logic without explicit consent.

4. PROHIBITED USAGE SCHEMES

In negotiating custom system projects, you warrant that you will not:

  • Use administrative endpoints or database forms to transmit unsolicited spam of any nature.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, MEMORY LOSS OR LEAKS, RELATIONAL DATABASE SYSTEM DOWNTIMES, HOSTING FAILURES ON VERCEL OR NETLIFY RELAYS, OR OTHER COLLATERAL BUSINESS LOSSES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE GIVEN PORTAL.

6. HOSTING SERVICE AND LINKS TO ENGINES

We run our primary deployment pathways on standard relays for high performance and uptime metrics. This portal incorporates outbound connections to third-party services, primarily Google Cloud Firebase databases and WhatsApp. We do not inspect or control terms safety of outward external hubs, and encourage visitors to evaluate local third-party privacy guidelines.

7. JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes rising from your interaction on pratikwebdeveloper.vercel.app or engagement of software engineering projects shall be settled in India under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state of Tripura, with standard Indian arbitration procedures.
